Seeing the Whole Picture

Customer Check List

Our installation team has a 25-point checklist that must be completed at the end of every installation. Once each of the 25 points is cleared, the project is deemed to be complete. We also ask for the customer to rate their satisfaction with our work in order to achieve as close to a perfect rating as possible.
