Our service technicians are courteous, efficient and highly-trained. Our in-house maintenance team is certified by the International Communications Industries Association and maintain their expertise and knowledge through extensive on-going product training.

Warranty Repairs
For any warranty repairs, our customers have the option of shipping their units either directly to one of our manufacturer partners or to us. Our in-house maintenance team will evaluate the product and carry out any repairs necessary.

Services are typically available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
A Service Co-ordinator will evaluate your needs based on information provided by the caller. The co-ordinator will attempt to solve the problem over the phone although arrangements can subsequently be made to have the product either shipped to an APS repair depot or schedule a site visit.
One thing, however, is certain. Well never leave our clients without a solution.
