Sobeys recently acquired some additional office space in Mississauga and we required some help and guidance in selecting a SMART Board and projector for our new training room. We contacted Advanced Presentation Solutions for help.

George Montani met with me to discuss our installation. Our room had very high ceilings and we wanted our projector to be ceiling mounted so we were aware of the challenges that could present. George offered advice on different methods and solutions and walked me through a plan for the installation that would meet our requirements.

We were very pleased with the completed installation and the service we received from George and the team at Advanced Presentation Solutions. I would also like to thank Thomas Turnbull for his help with product selection and Ken Ramsurn for his project management and coordinating the installation team.

I am happy to report that we are ecstatic about your work on our project here at the Toronto District School Board. We recently renovated our boardroom at 5050 Yonge Street to contain the most current presentation technology available. We selected your company over a number of other vendors because your proposal was not only less costly to set-up and install but we also felt that Advanced was very well qualified to work with an organization such as ours that has high standards when it comes to suppliers.

Your team completed the job in a professional way and under an extremely aggressive deadline. The install team headed by Wayner Derby proved to be both knowledgeable and diligent – the rack work by Ron O’Neill and the Crestron programming by Shawn Parker are second to none. We also truly appreciate the fact that Wayne, Ron and Shawn all attended our first meeting in the new room (from 7:00 - 11:00PM on a Wednesday night) to ensure all went smoothly. Our sales consultant, Steve Palmer, was also very helpful before, during and after the project by providing pricing and specifications for all of the components of the system. He also interfaced easily with both our team at the TDSB as well as our design consultant for this project, providing both with immediate and precise responses to any requests for information.

We have had very positive responses so far from our employees and trustees. I would also like to mention that we found the recent staff training session to be very informative. Your ability to work around our busy schedules to meet the deadlines we have set is much appreciated.
